Managers could not see how each production line was doing or where it slowed down, so output stayed below what the lines could do.

Our solution

Connected the CNC machines to Vexron through its edge gateway, with the plant dashboard and the Loss and OEE hub showing OEE (availability, performance and quality) and downtime cost for each line.
