Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your agreement sets the terms

You cannot buy anything or open an account on this website, so there are no online orders or subscriptions to cancel here. Every project and every software licence we provide is covered by a signed proposal or agreement. That document sets the price, the payment stages, what happens if either side cancels, and when a refund is due.

2. Refunds

Refunds follow the terms of your signed proposal or agreement. If that document does not cover a situation, we will talk it through with you and agree a fair outcome in writing. Approved refunds are paid back to the account the payment came from.

3. How to raise a refund or billing question

Write to info@cybsinnovations.com with your invoice number, the product or project, and what you would like us to look at. We will acknowledge your email within 3 working days and give you a full answer within 15 working days.
