Manufacturing ERP from weighbridge to invoice.

ZapNexa puts production, inventory, purchase, GST-ready finance, HR and payroll in one system. Built for steel, cement, mining and power plants, and for any factory tired of typing the same number three times.

  • Weighbridge to invoice
  • GST-ready invoicing
  • Multi-plant reports
  • Cloud or your own servers
  • Phased move from Tally

The problem

One truck of ore, five places to write it down.

  • 01

    Weights typed in by hand

The weighbridge slip is copied into the stores register, then into the bill. Every copy is a chance for a wrong number.

  • 02

Stock in one file, money in another

Stores keeps a spreadsheet, accounts keep Tally. At month end someone spends days making the two agree.

  • 03

Each plant keeps its own books

With two factories or a depot, the owner waits for every site to send its numbers before seeing the whole business.

  • 04

    Approvals live in WhatsApp

A purchase, an expense or a payroll run gets a yes in a chat. Later nobody can say who approved what, or when.

ZapNexa keeps each entry once. The weight on the receipt is the weight on the bill, and the plant's stock is the stock in the books.

How it works

Material and money move together.

Each step writes to the same record, so the next team starts from what the last one did, not from a phone call.

  1. 1

    Weigh in

Truck weights from the electronic weighbridge go straight into the goods receipt against the purchase order. No retyping.

  2. 2

    Make

A production order linked to its bill of materials reserves the material, consumes it on the shop floor and books scrap with a reason.

  3. 3

    Store and ship

Finished goods go back into stock by warehouse and batch. A stock transfer can create its transport order, with vehicle and driver.

  4. 4

    Bill and close

The GST-ready invoice is raised from the sales order. Production cost (material, labour, machine and overhead) posts to accounting.

Modules

Six modules. One factory record.

Start with one module and add the rest when you are ready. They share customers, products, stock and accounts from day one.

01Production

From bill of materials to finished goods.

Plan what to make, run it on the shop floor and see what it really cost, with quality checks and scrap on the same order.

  • Bills of materials, production orders and work orders
  • Order status: Planned, In progress, Completed
  • Planning and scheduling across machines and work centres
  • Quality inspections with pass and fail rates
  • Scrap recorded with reason and cost
  • Reports on output, machine use, cost, quality and lead time

02Inventory

Every tonne, by warehouse and batch.

Stock levels, movements, batches and expiry dates across all your stores, with an alert before you run out.

  • Products with SKU, sale price, cost price and barcode
  • Several warehouses, transfers and stock adjustments
  • Batch, lot and serial tracking, and expiry dates
  • Low-stock alerts so you reorder in time
  • Stock ledger, ageing, batch and expiry reports
  • Stock valuation on FIFO or average cost

03Purchase

Order, receive and pay against one record.

Raise the purchase order, receive the goods against it and book the supplier's bill, so stores and accounts see the same order.

  • Supplier quotations and purchase orders
  • Goods receipt against the purchase order
  • Supplier records in one place
  • Vendor bills and recurring bills
  • Expenses with an approval step
  • Weighbridge weights on the receipt entry

04Finance and GST

One ledger for the whole factory.

GST-ready invoicing, banking and a full chart of accounts, with the statements a CFO asks for built in.

  • GST-ready invoices, from estimate or sales order
  • Invoice status: Draft, Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid, Overdue
  • Credit notes, journals, budgets and fixed assets, each with approval
  • Bank accounts and bank reconciliation
  • Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Receivables and payables ageing

05HR and payroll

Attendance in, payslips out.

Employee records, attendance, leave and payroll in the same system as production, so labour cost is a real number.

  • Employee records linked to departments and logins
  • Daily attendance and a monthly summary: present, late, half day, absent
  • Attendance import from biometric devices
  • Leave requests that a manager approves
  • Salary structures, payroll runs with approval, and payslips
  • Performance reviews and training records

06Multi-plant

Several factories, one set of books.

Run each plant and depot on its own, and see all of them together without waiting for anyone to send a spreadsheet.

  • Factories, branches and warehouses in one system
  • Stock transfers between plants, with a linked transport order
  • Consolidated reports across sites
  • P&L and balance sheet by plant
  • Role-based access, so each site sees its own work
  • Grows from one factory to many

Works with what is already on site.

You do not have to replace the weighbridge, the attendance machine or Tally on day one.

Weighbridge
Gross and tare weights flow into receipt and dispatch entries.
Tally
Keep Tally running while you move one module at a time.
Biometric attendance
Import attendance records exported from biometric devices.
Barcode scanners
USB scanners type straight into product and stock fields.
CSV import
Bring in customers, products, users, categories and warehouses.
Your email server
Invoices and alerts go out through your own SMTP server.
API routes
Each module has API routes behind the same login and permissions.
Office files
PDF, Word, Excel and CSV out of every key screen.

Deployment

Your servers or your cloud. Your data either way.

ZapNexa runs on your own servers or on cloud infrastructure you control. People use it in a web browser or in the desktop app for Windows.

Runs inside your factory network

Install ZapNexa on a server you own. Data stays on your premises and your IT team controls backups and access.

The Windows desktop app

  • Same features as the browser version
  • Local-only by default, with an option to open it to your network
  • Updates installed from Settings with one click
  • Light and dark themes, and column widths you can lock

How the rollout goes

  1. 1Pick the first module. Start with the one causing the most pain today, often inventory or finance.
  2. 2Prove it on real data. Run it on one factory against real operating numbers until the team trusts it.
  3. 3Extend. Add the next module or plant. Tally can keep running alongside while you move.

Security

Everyone sees their part. Nobody sees all of it by accident.

  • Checked on every request

Every page and API call is checked for a valid signed session before it reaches the data.

  • Access by role

Permissions are set per module and action, such as view invoices or approve payroll.

  • Secrets encrypted

Email passwords and other secrets are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption.

  • Audit trail

Role changes, user changes and settings changes are logged with who, when and what.

  • Approvals

Money and people records wait for an authorised reviewer before they post.

  • View as another user

Admins can check exactly what a user sees, with a banner that says so.

ZapNexa is a manufacturing ERP built by Cybs Innovations. It puts production, inventory, purchase, finance with GST-ready invoicing, HR and payroll in one system. It is built for heavy industry such as steel, cement, mining and power, with weighbridge integration and multi-plant reporting.

Either. ZapNexa can run on your own servers or on cloud infrastructure you control, so your data stays under your governance. Your team uses it in a web browser, and there is also a desktop app for Windows.

Yes. Tally is strong accounting software, and some clients run both during the move. We plan the data migration and the order of modules up front, so the change is phased, not sudden.

Yes. Weights from electronic weighbridges flow straight into receipt and dispatch entries, so nobody types them in from the slip.

Yes. Factories, branches and warehouses run in one system, with stock transfers between them and consolidated reports. Finance shows P&L and balance sheet by plant.

Yes. Invoicing is GST-ready, tax rates and your GSTIN are set once in the setup, and invoices export to PDF or Word. Invoices also work in USD, EUR or GBP for export customers.

Yes. Access is set by role, with permissions per module and action. An accountant can raise invoices without seeing payroll, and a stores clerk can receive goods without approving payments. Every sensitive change is in the audit trail.

Yes. Customers, products, users, categories and warehouses import from CSV, with each column mapped to a field and errors reported row by row. Attendance can be imported from biometric device exports.

It depends on scope. Most clients start with one factory or one module, such as finance or inventory, prove it against real operating data, then extend to the rest of the business. That staged approach is usually faster and lower-risk than switching everything at once.

Pricing depends on your modules, factories and users, so we quote per configuration rather than a fixed list price. Use the ERP ROI calculator to estimate the payback first, then ask us for a number for your setup.
