About
We build software for factories and heavy industry.
Cybs Innovations makes software that keeps factories running. We make Vexron, which watches machine health and warns before a breakdown, and ZapNexa, an ERP for manufacturers. Our deepest experience is in steel, sponge iron, cement, power and mining.

01/Who we are
Started next to steel plants. Built for any factory.
Cybs Innovations was founded by Arin Dewangan (Founder & CEO) and Gulshan Dewangan (Co-Founder & COO). Arin leads product direction and engineering. Gulshan leads delivery and client operations.
The company started in 2023 in Champa, Chhattisgarh, a district built around some of Asia's largest coal-mining and heavy-industrial operations. Both founders grew up here, watching that industry run up close long before either of them wrote software for it. That's the actual reason the company exists, and the proximity still matters today. We can be on site the same week, and the people who build the product have stood on the shop floor it runs in.

02/Where we are today
The numbers we can stand behind.
03/Mission & vision
What we are working towards.
Our mission
To cut surprise breakdowns and paperwork in every factory we work with, using software that fits how the factory already runs.
Our vision
A factory of any size should see machine health, stock and costs in one place, without replacing every system it already has.
04/Our history
From passion project to plant floor.
Cybs Innovations started with web and app development. Over time the work moved onto the shop floor: an ERP for manufacturers, machine condition monitoring, and IoT devices such as motor health monitors and power panels.
Today we publish software for 20 sectors, and build web, app and AI projects for clients. You can see the work on our case studies page.
05/Our working rules
How we work on every project.
These five rules apply to every plant project. The full process, step by step, is on our how we work page.
Start small
Most clients begin with one factory or one module, such as condition monitoring on critical machines. It lowers the risk and gives us real operating data to tune against.
Fit what you already run
We connect to your existing SCADA, PLCs, weighbridges and accounting systems. If something can't be connected, we tell you before the project starts.
Parallel run before cutover
The new system runs alongside your current method until the numbers agree. Nothing depends on a system that hasn't been checked against your own records.
Your data stays yours
We deploy to your own servers or to cloud infrastructure you control. Access is role-based, so each team sees only what it needs.
A named engineer
After go-live you deal with a person who knows your install, not a ticket queue. Support covers new staff, process changes and tuning.
Work with us
Tell us what your factory runs on today.
We will tell you plainly what fits, what integrates with what you already have, and where to start small.
