VMI-1 is our first production predictive-maintenance model. It learns the normal running signature of a machine from its vibration, temperature and power data, then flags the deviations that precede mechanical failure — bearing wear, misalignment, imbalance and looseness — while there is still time to act. It runs behind the Vexron platform on live plant assets today.
