Securing Your Intellia ERP Instance
Security is a shared responsibility. While we ensure infrastructure security, here are best practices for managing your account and data access.
1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We strongly recommend all administrators enable 2FA. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your mobile device upon login.
2. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Use the Least Privilege Principle. Only assign permissions necessary for a user's role. Don't give 'Super Admin' access to regular staff.
Data Protection Guidelines
Strong Password Policies
Enforce complex passwords (min 12 chars, mixed case, numbers, symbols) for all employees.
Regular Access Audits
Review user list quarterly. Deactivate accounts of former employees immediately upon departure.
Public Wi-Fi Caution
Avoid accessing sensitive ERP financial data over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.
