Delete your Vexron account
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your account in the Vexron app (Android package com.cybs.vexron), made by Cybs Innovations.
Vexron accounts are created and managed by your organisation, so the app does not have a delete button. Use either of the two ways below.
Option 1: Ask your organisation's Vexron administrator
Your administrator can delete your account straight away in Vexron under Users & Access. This is the quickest way.
Option 2: Ask us
- Email info@cybsinnovations.com with the subject Delete my Vexron account.
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Vexron.
- Include your name, your organisation and the Vexron server address you use in the app.
- If you also want your AI assistant conversations removed, say so in the same email (see "What is kept" below).
We check that the request comes from the account owner, arrange the deletion with your organisation's administrator, and email you when it is done. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- your account: name, email address, department, role, status and password hash
- your device's notification tokens, so you stop getting alerts
- your home-screen widget sign-in tokens
On your phone, signing out removes the notification and widget tokens. Uninstalling the app removes the saved server addresses and everything else the app stored.
What is kept, and for how long
- Audit log entries for changes you made. Your account link is removed from them, and the record of the deletion itself notes the email address that was deleted. Your organisation keeps these as security records.
- Plant records such as work orders, technician notes, maintenance schedules and machine data. These belong to your organisation and stay in its Vexron system.
- AI assistant conversations stay on the server unless you ask us to remove them in your deletion request. If you ask, we remove them along with your account.
Kept records stay for as long as your organisation keeps its Vexron records. Vexron has no automatic time limit that deletes them. Ask your organisation's administrator if you want to know its own retention rules.
