Arin grew up in Champa, Chhattisgarh, in a district built around some of Asia's largest coal-mining and industrial operations — watching that industry run up close is what first pointed him toward building industrial technology. As Founder & CEO of Cybs Innovations, he combines that grounding with hands-on experience in AI and data science to build solutions that hold up on a real plant floor, not just in a slide deck.
