Guess Grid privacy policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the Guess Grid game for Android (package com.cybs.guessgrid), available on Google Play. It is made by Cybs Innovations, Main Road, Near KBC Building, Champa, Chhattisgarh 495671, India.

There is no sign-up and no account. We do not run our own servers for this game. Data leaves your phone only through the outside services listed in section 4.

2. Phone permissions

The game asks for no phone permissions beyond internet access, which it needs to show ads.

3. What stays on your phone

• Your progress: the levels you have finished and your coins.
• A short list of game settings.

4. Outside services

• Google AdMob: shows a banner at the bottom of the screen, full screen ads after every third level and sometimes when the game opens, and video ads, including one you can choose to watch for 100 coins. AdMob may use your phone's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives a rough location), ad views and taps, and basic device and crash data to show ads, count them and stop fraud. We do not sell personal data.

The game has no analytics, no in-app purchases and no sign-in. It sends nothing to us.

If Android backup is on for your phone, Android may include your game progress in your phone's backup to your Google account.

5. Children

Guess Grid is a word game for a general audience. The game itself collects no personal data from anyone. Its ads come from Google AdMob and are not set up for children, so a parent should know this before a child under 13 plays. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

6. Deleting your data

• Uninstall Guess Grid, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove your progress.
• To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone's Settings, then Google, then Ads.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and laws like it where you live, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to us or to your data protection authority. Email info@cybsinnovations.com.

8. Changes to this policy
