What to put in your email

  • The app's name, in the subject line.
  • Your phone model and its software version, for example Android 14.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if you can.

Deleting your data

Our apps have no sign-up and no accounts, and we do not run our own servers for them. What an app keeps stays on your phone. To remove it, uninstall the app, or open Android Settings, then Apps, pick the app, then Storage, then Clear storage. Each app's privacy policy explains what it keeps and what outside services, such as Google's ad service, receive. For any other request about your data, email us.

DarkFlow Browser

To remove your data:

  • Clear your history from Menu, then History, then Clear history.
  • Delete bookmarks and downloads from their own screens.
  • Uninstall DarkFlow, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove everything it keeps on your phone, including the blocker log and saved tabs.
  • To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone's Settings, then Google, then Ads.

Smart SMS

To remove your data:

  • Delete messages or whole chats in the app at any time.
  • Delete backup files from the folder where you saved them.
  • Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove its database and settings. Messages in Android's shared message store stay until you delete them, because other SMS apps use that store too.
  • To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone's Settings, then Google, then Ads.

LetterBuzz

To remove your progress and settings:

  • Uninstall LetterBuzz, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove your progress.
  • To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone's Settings, then Google, then Ads.

Guess Grid

To remove your progress and settings:

  • Uninstall Guess Grid, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove your progress.
  • To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone's Settings, then Google, then Ads.
