VCI-1 is the first model in the Vexron Condition Intelligence series, in development and testing. Where VMI focuses on specific faults, VCI answers a simpler operational question: how healthy is this asset, right now, on a single scale. It fuses vibration, temperature, load and other streams into one condition index that trends over time, so a plant can rank assets by health without reading raw signals.
