Daily Puzzle Duel game

Daily Puzzle Duel privacy policy

This policy explains what the Daily Puzzle Duel game does with your data, in plain words.

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. Who we are

This policy covers the Daily Puzzle Duel game for Android (package com.cybs.dailypuzzle), available on Google Play. It is made by Cybs Innovations, Main Road, Near KBC Building, Champa, Chhattisgarh 495671, India.

There is no sign-up and no account. We do not run our own servers for this game. Data leaves your phone only through the outside services listed in section 4, or when you choose to send, share or open something yourself.

2. Phone permissions

  • Notifications: only if you turn on the daily reminder.
  • Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Google Analytics for Firebase, described below.

3. What stays on your phone

  • Your display name, a random player code, your settings and streak freezes.
  • Every game you played: guesses, time, hints and the color pattern.
  • Duel results your friends sent you, with their names and player codes.
  • Your Club membership status, and counters that limit how often ads show.
  • A random install ID used only for analytics and crash reports.

4. Outside services

  • Google AdMob: shows banners on the home, rivals, stats, archive and settings screens, never on the puzzle. It also shows a full screen ad when you leave a finished puzzle (never after your first, at least 90 seconds apart), and an ad when you come back to the game after 30 seconds away (not in your first 2 launches, at least 4 minutes apart). A video ad for a hint is always your choice. AdMob may use your phone's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives a rough location), ad views and taps, and basic device and crash data to show ads, count them and stop fraud. Where the law asks for it, the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form. You can change your answer from Ad privacy choices in Settings, under Privacy. Club members see no banners or full screen ads. Google AdMob privacy.
  • Meta Audience Network: an ad network that can offer ads through AdMob. It receives the same kind of data as AdMob, only to show and count ads. Meta Audience Network privacy.
  • Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: count how the game is played: puzzles started and finished with guesses, time and hints, duel links opened, shares, hints, badges, settings changed and ad views with what they earned. They use the random install ID, never your name or your friends' names. Crashlytics sends a report if the game crashes, with the language and Club status. Both are on by default and start when you open the game. You can turn them off in Settings, under Privacy, then Share usage and crash reports. Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics privacy.
  • Google Play Billing: handles the Club yearly subscription. Google processes the payment, and we never see your payment details. Google Play Billing privacy.

We do not sell personal data.

A duel link carries your display name, player code, puzzle number, language, guesses count, time, hints, hard mode and color pattern. It never carries the answer or your letters. The game makes the link on your phone, and it goes only to the people you send it to.

If someone opens a duel link without the game, the duel web page shows your name to them and stores nothing.

The game has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own.

Club adds a bonus daily puzzle, the full archive and deeper stats, and removes banners and full screen ads.

Your games, rivals and settings may be part of your phone's own Android backup, which Google and your phone settings control.

5. Children

Daily Puzzle Duel is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

6. Deleting your data

  • Change your display name in Settings, under Profile.
  • Uninstall Daily Puzzle Duel, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove your games, rivals and settings.
  • Duel results you sent are kept on your friends' phones.
  • To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your install, email us.
  • To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone's Settings, then Google, then Ads.

For anything else, see app help and support or email us. We reply within 7 working days.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and laws like it where you live, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to us or to your data protection authority. Email info@cybsinnovations.com.

8. Changes to this policy

If the game starts handling data differently, we update this page and the date at the top. The privacy policy for our website is separate: website privacy policy.
