Inditalk app
Inditalk privacy policy
This policy explains what the Inditalk app does with your data, in plain words.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Who we are
This policy covers the Inditalk app for Android (package com.wInditalk_8627451), available on Google Play. It is made by Cybs Innovations, Main Road, Near KBC Building, Champa, Chhattisgarh 495671, India.

There is no sign-up and no account. We do not run our own servers for this app. Data leaves your phone only through the outside services listed in section 4, or when you choose to send, share or open something yourself.
2. Phone permissions
- Network and Wi-Fi: to find and connect to other phones on your local network.
- Camera: for photos, videos, video calls and scanning QR codes, only when you use them.
- Microphone: for voice messages and calls, only when you use them.
- Notifications: to tell you about messages and calls.
- Running in the background: to stay connected so messages and calls reach you when the app is closed, and to keep calls going. You can turn this off in Settings.
- Fingerprint or face: the optional app lock. Android handles it, and the app never sees your fingerprint or face.
3. What stays on your phone
- Your profile: your name, about text and optional photo.
- Your chats, media, call history, status updates and settings.
- An encryption key pair made on your phone. Your Inditalk ID comes from its public key, and Android Keystore protects the private key.
4. Outside services
No outside service receives data from the app.
We do not sell personal data.
Inditalk has no servers and no accounts. We never receive your messages, media, calls, contacts, profile or how you use the app. There is no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking in the app.
To let people nearby find you, your name, Inditalk ID, public key and local IP address are announced on your local network. You can turn off Discoverable on network in Settings, then Privacy.
Your name, about text, profile photo and, if you allow it, last seen time are sent to the people you connect with.
Messages, media, status updates and calls go only to the people you choose, end-to-end encrypted with ECDH (P-256) and AES-256-GCM. No one else on the network can read them, including the network owner.
Inditalk is left out of Android backup. A backup you make in Settings, Backup and restore, is a file locked with your password, saved where you choose. We never receive it and cannot recover a forgotten password.
5. Children
Inditalk is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
6. Deleting your data
- Delete messages for yourself, or for everyone within 48 hours. Clear or delete chats, and delete status updates.
- Turn on disappearing messages for a chat.
- Uninstall Inditalk to delete all its data from your phone. Copies already delivered to other people's phones are theirs to delete.
For anything else, see app help and support or email us. We reply within 7 working days.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and laws like it where you live, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to us or to your data protection authority. Email info@cybsinnovations.com.
8. Changes to this policy
If the app starts handling data differently, we update this page and the date at the top. The privacy policy for our website is separate: website privacy policy.
