What Aura Phone does

Aura Phone replaces your phone's dialer. It has a keypad that searches names and numbers, your contacts, your call history and its own call screen.

It warns you about likely spam using checks that run on your phone, not a lookup service. Keep private notes on a number, set a reminder to call back, and give each contact a full screen Calling Card. There is no account and no server of our own.

What you get

  • Smart dialer and Recents

    A keypad that searches names, initials and numbers. Recents are grouped by day, with filters for missed, incoming, outgoing, unknown and each SIM.

  • Spam warnings on your phone

    Flags likely spam from your own reports, your carrier's caller check, known telemarketing and scam number patterns and repeated unanswered calls. Block hidden, unknown or likely spam numbers.

  • Call notes and reminders

    Keep a private note on a number and see it when they call. After a call, add a note, set a reminder, call back, message or block.

  • Calling Cards

    Give a contact a full screen photo or poster for their calls, and pick an Aura, Photo or Minimal call screen.

  • Insights

    See your talk time, call mix, busiest hours, top people and who you have not called in a while.

  • Wear OS

    See favorites and recent calls on your watch and dial from it. The call is placed on your phone.

  • Asks for: default phone app, phone and calls, call history, contacts, voicemail, camera, notifications and alarms, advertising id.
